Conejo-1.0

Introduction

Conejo-1.0 was the first project developed by Javi F Gorostiza (DART). It was made by a team of three persons in collaboration: Daniel Pascual and Iñaki Goicolea.

It is an installation followed by a performance inspired in the goverment message in 2007 when the economical crisis was about to rise up. The message invited people for eating rabbit in New Year East instead the classical meat, insinuating that the people in those dates were living upon their economic possibilities.

A real rabbit corpse is used as a robotic structure. Motors move its legs and a set of LEDs illuminates its eyes.
